The Undie Factory uses the Royal Mail as its primary postal service and they currently carry 100% of our items. They have to date never lost an item (we shouldn't chance fate). They have however misplaced a few for a few days, and the ones that seem lost find their way back to us. Quite an impressive record, that's why we use them. We currently post all our items through our local Post Office.

All our items are sent in plain cartons with no exterior markings other than address details. Please note all items require a signature, please select an alternate delivery address if required.

Packaging Materials

We try to use where possible environmentally friendly packing solutions;

• Our invoices are printed on recycled paper
• We use boxes made with 80% recyled material ... which can be recyled later
• We use our old read Esquire magazines to ensure your items dont move in transit
• We have one naughty we use Mail Light bags occassional for small orders where the items may not get damaged
