If you're not completely satisfied with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging with seals intact.

Please contact us in advance of your intention to return items with your order number and items you intend to return.

UK returns need to be received back by us within 28 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure you return your item within 24 days. This period is extended for all orders in November and December, returns will be accepted until January 10th.

For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK returns need to be received back by us within 35 days of receiving your order. Ten days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure you return your item within 25 days. This period is extended for all orders in November and December, returns will be accepted until January 17th.

Return shipping costs are currently at the cost of the buyer unless this is as a result of our mistake or the item is faulty. We are in the process of setting up a Freepost address to allow you to return your items for free.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
